I have obtained my LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapist Certificate in 2021 and I am in the process of obtaining further qualifications related to better supporting the community.
I am currently working with ACCEPT, the first organisation of its kind in Romania supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals by providing pro-bono or significantly discounted therapy sessions.
LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy is about having a true understanding of the specific issues, challenges and barriers that many LGBTQIA+ people face when trying to access health or therapeutic services, and being truly accepting of all identities. I am a non-monogamy, gender, sexuality and kink affirmative therapist.
I want LGBTQIA+ clients to know that I support them and their families. Being affirmative means I treat everyone with the dignity, respect, and the affirmation they deserve; they are fine just the way they are.
You will receive a compassionate, understanding, inclusive and accessible service where you are free to express who you are without the need to censor or hide parts of your identity.
